Cancelation policy:

Web-based training:

Once training is confirmed, classes cannot be canceled. If the student is unable to attend, an alternate student may attend as a replacement. Classes can be rescheduled if Online Vitality is notified in writing at least 14 calendar days in advance of the class. For rescheduling with less than 14 calendar days notice, Online Vitality will charge a rescheduling fee of 50% of the price of the class.
